How is the air filter on your cars that travel down Gordons Road? Is it filled with concrete dust? It should be, with all tht dust that the concrete plant drags out into the street.
Think of the person that lives near that plant. How can he breathe that dust daily with cars picking that dust up and filling the air with it? He has the right to water down the road, since the road is a private road and he is the only resident on it. Plus Fairfax County stated ( by the means of three head supervisors in the past) that Gordons Road south of Shreve Road was never accepted by the county since 1934. According to VA and Fairfax County Laws, this road must be given back to the subdivision. If can't be given back to subdivision it must be given back to those that own on either side of the road. Well it seems that only one house is still in that subdivision, so that part of the road belongs to that house? It must, if you believe the laws.
So what is a little water to your cars compared to someone breathing concrete dust? How about trespassing? Threating someone with an auto, as to run them over? That is assault with a deadly weapon?
Why use a street to cut through or around a traffic light? What is the rush? Wht endanger others with your need to rush?
