City of Falls Church Crime Report for April 12-18

Dat P. Nguyen, 37, of Frederick, Md., was arrested in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on April 12 for public drunkenness. Outstanding warrants were also served on Mr. Nguyen for failure to appear in Falls Church and Fairfax General District courts for driving under the influence.

Vu V. Truong, 39, of Frederick, Md.; Toan P. Huynh, 34, of Hagerstown, Md. and Lai B. Pham, 29, of Glen Allen, Va., were arrested in the 1000 block of Roosevelt St. on April 12 for public drunkenness.

Michael L. Best, 38, of Herndon, was arrested in the 400 block of S. Washington St. on April 12 for public drunkenness.

Tuan A. Dang, 31, of Annandale, was arrested in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on April 14 for smoking in a non-designated area. Police also arrested Nam D. Nguyen, 40, of Fairfax for permitting smoking where prohibited.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating the theft of an iPod and wallet containing cash from a backpack in the band room at George Mason High on April 8. The incident was reported on April 14.

Edwin L. Paguaga Hernandez, 31, of Fairfax, was arrested in the 300 block of S. West St. on April 15 for driving under the influence, refusal to submit to breath or blood test, possession of a fictitious license and driving without a valid license.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a theft from a business in the 1000 block of W. Broad St. on April 15. Police said cash was stolen from a register.

Trung M. Tat, 31, of Silver Spring, Md., was arrested in the 6700 block Wilson Blvd. on April 15 for trespassing.

Courtney A. Richardson, 24, and Amanda G. Fitzpatrick, 30, both of Roanoke, were arrested in the 200 block of N. Washington St. on April 16 for possession of marijuana. The two were involved in a two-car and Richardson was at the wheel of the car.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating who broke a window at Direct Jewelry on April 15.
