Dunn Loring, West Falls Church Metro Closed This Weekend
From 10 p.m. Friday to closing Sunday, crews will shut down the stations for Silver Line additions.
Getting on the Metro from Dunn Loring won't be so easy this weekend.
Dunn Loring station will be closed to the public between 10 p.m. Friday and closing Sunday as crews integrate track signals for the new Silver Line extension.
West Falls Church Station will also be closed for the project.
According to Metro, riders will have to take shuttle buses from the affected stations to East Falls Church, where they can rejoin the Orange Line.
Express shuttle buses will operate between Vienna and East Falls Church only, while local shuttle buses will operate between Vienna and East Falls Church with intermediate stops at Dunn Loring and West Falls Church stations.
Passengers should allow extra time for their travels.
