Silver P. Ruffin, 28, of Washington, D.C., was charged with shoplifting in the 700 block of W. Broad St. on Oct. 16.
Tung T. Le, 26, of Falls Church, was charged with driving under the influence in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Oct. 18.
City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of motor oil stolen from a business in Falls Church in the 1000 block of E. Broad St. on Oct. 18.
Lam V. Phan, 37, of Manassas, was charged with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Oct. 18.
Timothy L. Hillegass, 21, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with driving under the influence in the 100 block of N. West St. on Oct. 19.
Fredis A. Guido, 35, of Baltimore, Md., was charged with public drunkenness in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Oct. 21.
Tuyet L. Nguyen, 29, of Vienna and Maryann Pham, 38, of Baltimore, Md., were charged with disorderly conduct in the 1100 block of W. Broad St. on Oct. 21.
Jeffrey S. Kessman, 49, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with assaulting a family member in the 300 block of Sycamore St. on Oct. 21.
Sean J. McNamard, 35, of Alexandria, was charged with driving under the influence in the 600 block of E. Broad St. on Oct. 22.
