POLICE LOG: Falls Church Police Looking for Three Armed Robbers

City of Falls Church police are looking for three Hispanic men who robbed a man at gunpoint Sunday.

Police were called Sunday to the  for a report of a robbery. The three alleged suspects demanded the wallet from the victim and one of the men allegedly pulled a gun. No one was injured during the robbery, police said.

Police believe the men were between 16 and 20-years-old. The first alleged suspect is about 5-foot-5 with a moustache and the second alleged suspect, who wore a ski mask during the robbery, is 5-foot-8. The third alleged suspect was about 6 feet tall.

Johnny Riggs, 66, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with public drunkenness Dec. 12 in the 400 block of S, Maple Ave. 

Jenny O. Nguyen, 41, of Springfield; Dan L. Gramonte, 48, of Woodstock, Ga. and Thuan Nguyen, 43, of Fairfax, were charged Dec. 12 with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd.  

City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of a purse stolen from a vehicle Dec. 13 in the 100 block of Rowell Ct. 

City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of an iPad mini stolen Dec. 15 from an apartment in the 500 block of Roosevelt Blvd.

Oscar Franco, 26, and Axel Gammarru, 28, both of Alexandria, were charged Dec. 15 with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6600 block of Wilson Blvd.

City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of an mp3 player stolen from an unlocked vehicle Dec. 16 in the 100 block of Church Pl. 

Joe G. Canales, 24, of Falls Church, was charged Dec. 16 with driving under the influence and a noise violation in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. 

Douglas C. Morrison, 48, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with driving under the influence Dec. 16 in the 500 block of N. Washington St. 

City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of items stolen Dec. 16 from two unlocked vehicles in the 200 block of Noland St.

City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of a DVD player stolen Dec. 16 from a vehicle in the 400 block of E. Columbus St. 

City of Falls Church police are looking for a Hispanic male accused of shoplifting in a store Dec. 16 in the 900 block of W. Broad St. The man is believed to be between 35 and 45-years-old and was wearing a baseball cap with green sunglasses on the back of his head, a mustard yellow coat and black baggy pants.
