SPEAK OUT: Who's the Best Fit for City Council?

The seven candidates took advantage of their last public chance to sway voters.

Over the last several weeks, , , , , , and Mayor have campaigned around Falls Church for three city council seats.

Tuesday night, all seven candidates participated in the final public forum before the May 1 election.

More than 50 people filled council chambers at City Hall Wednesday night to hear the candidates answer questions. Each candidate had a minute and a half introduction, a two-minute closing and time to answer and rebut questions.

The event was co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Falls Church and the Falls Church Village Preservation and Improvement Society.
