The George Mason High Mustangs beat Bull Run District rivals Clarke County High 50-42 Thursday night at home. The Mustangs advanced to a 4-2 record on the season while the Eagles dropped to 3-4. Senior Noel Obusan led the Mustangs with 17 points in the game.
