The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory for Falls Church, in effect until 9 a.m. Friday.
Expect wind chills of 5 to 10 degrees below zero. Temperatures will be in the low single digits. Winds could gust up to 25 MPH. Wind chills may lead to hypothermia or frost bite on exposed skin.
If you must venture outside be sure to wear a hat and gloves.
