Powerful Storm Leaves Falls Church Without Power

Dominion Power says Falls Church, Northern Virginia amongst hardest hit.

Le-Ha Anderson said Falls Church is amongst the hardest areas affected by power outages.

Anderson, spokeswoman with Dominion Power, said the City of Falls Church has 4,858 people without power and Fairfax County has 237,654 customers without power. Work crews are accessing the damage and don’t have an estimated timeframe for when power will be restored.

“We have crews that have been out since last night,” Anderson said. “We’re not sure how long it will be before power is restored.”
