Register Now for Nutrition Workshop at Providence RECenter
Registration is now open for Food Fight! Combating Disease with Nutrition.
Learn which foods are best for fighting diabetes, cancer, and brain disorders at a free Take 12 Steps for Health workshop at Providence RECenter in Falls Church.
Food Fight! Combating Disease with Nutrition will be conducted by Dr. Glasman, who will teach participants which foods fight diseases. Attendees may also participate in a free health screening from 6 to 7 p.m.
Space is limited and registration is required. To reserve a seat, send an email to Take12@fairfaxcounty.gov. Walk-ins will be accepted for the health screening.

Providence RECenter is located at 7525 Marc Drive in Falls Church, Va. The free event takes place Sept. 18 from 5 to 6 p.m.
