The film was shot at the Civil War Ballooning Symposium held at The Smithsonian Air and Space Museum on June 11th with three leading national experts on the topic. Thaddeus Lowe, Civil War aeronaut and inventor, is featured in the film; discussion and Q & A will follow film presentation.
