Workshop #5 Come experience Mother Earth's heartbeat and your animal spirit while drumming, chanting and dancing your Oneness around the Sacred Hoop. Bring your own instruments and extras if you have them and finger foods to share.

·         Sunday, December 11th: Living the Joy  1-3 PM
Workshop #6-Complete the AHOWAN experience with an exploration and sharing on how we can all experience the joy of living each moment. Each participant has an opportunity to work with tools that allow us to balance all areas of our lives with the flow of the Divine.
