Prelude to the Blues

Prelude to the Blues Concert

On Sunday, March 4, from 5pm - 8 pm Tinner Hill Heritage Foundation will present rocking blues show women, Cathy Ponton King, (featuring Scott Shuman & Bill Starks) at one of the Little Cities' Victorian jewels - the lovingly restored home of Cathy and Kent Taylor.   Cathy has her fans eating out of her hand, weather she belts out gut bucket blues, soars to deliver cool uptown blues, simply serves up a little Chicago style blues or any serves up any number of medleys influenced by 2 local guitar wizards (Danny Gatton and Roy Buchanan)! For the modest sum of $25, one gets to experience Cathy's diverse blues repertoire up close and personal.  Now add BBQ from Famous Dave's AND a special sweet surprise (that was a huge hint) and you won't be able to beat attending this exclusive concert! The Tinner Hill Blues fall concert sold out, and seats for this concert are going quickly.  Don't miss your opportunity to see one of the most beautiful homes in Falls Church and hear one of the best blues groups in the area, all in the company of delightful fellow blues lovers! The tickets are by advance purchase only and can be purchased via the internet at Brown Paper Tickets.
Address/location will be given at ticket purchase.
