Enjoy two 81 degree days in the Little City with visiting artist Kathie Rogers at Stifel & Capra, a farmers market demonstration with the chef of Pizzeria Orso and trivia night at Mad Fox. Step just a few miles outside of Falls Church for a family-friendly tobacco harvest at Claude Moore Colonial Farm in McLean and to see country superstar Alan Jackson at Wolf Trap. 

August Visiting Artist Kathie Rogers at Stifel & Capra: Kathie Rogers is a Vienna artist who has been painting for 20 years. Kathie says, "Beauty is all around us and in our busy lives, we often overlook it. My goal as an artist is to translate that beauty onto a canvas with my paints." Stop by and visit to see Kathie's exhibit of selected paintings.

Falls Church Farmers Market Chef Demonstration with Will Artley of Pizzeria Orso: The Falls Church Farmers Market presents this chef demonstration featuring Pizzeria Orso's Will Artley. The chef will prepare two to three dishes over a two-hour period, answers questions and makes modifications as suggested by participants. Tastings and recipes are available throughout the morning.
