Weekend's Best Bets in Falls Church

It's the final weekend in August, so celebrate the end of summer with an outdoor film screening of The Lorax, a pumpkin ale release party, a backyard BBQ and wine bash, a cabaret performance and a visit to a local art exhibit.

August Visiting Artist Kathie Rogers at Stifel & Capra: Kathie Rogers is a Vienna artist who has been painting for 20 years. Kathie says, "Beauty is all around us and in our busy lives, we often overlook it. My goal as an artist is to translate that beauty onto a canvas with my paints." Stop by and visit to see Kathie's exhibit of selected paintings.
