Blue Skies: Art and Frame of Falls Church presents this art exhibit from Vienna native Jim Dieter. His photographs are printed on canvas in a variety of sizes. The blue skies featured in Dieter's photographs include Italy, France, South Africa and several U.S. National Parks.
