October Visiting Artist at Stifel & Capra: Mary Brophy Marcus: In the Alcove Gallery on the second floor is Mary Brophy Marcus. A Fine Art and English major in college, Mary now works as a journalist by day and paints at night. Her influences are the artists who painted in France in the late 1800s and early 20th century, street/graffiti art, folk art from around the world and the sea.

Chef Rock and the DC Central Kitchen Culinary Students at the Falls Church Farmers Market Chef Demonstration: The Falls Church Farmers Market presents this chef demonstration featuring Chef Rock and the DC Central Kitchen Culinary Students. 8th Annual Merrifield Fall Festival: Rain or shine, the Merrifield Fall Festival will go on!
