Falls Church Farmers Market Demonstration with Chris Nye, Pizzeria OrsoThe executive chef of Pizzeria Orso will be preparing two dishes at Saturday's farmers market. The first is a simple peach bruschetta on baguette with pickled mustard seed, opal basil and prosciutto. The second is pork meatballs with fresh corn polenta, sweet pepper sugo and Grana Padano. The local eatery earned a RAMMY Award Nomination for Best New Restaurant of the Year 2011.
