UPDATED: More Than 800 Falls Church Customers Without Power

Power should be restored by 6 pm., according to Dominion Power

Update: The more than 800 Dominion Power customers without power in Falls Church should have their power restored by 6 p.m.

Dominion spokeswoman Le-Ha Anderson said a tree branch that fell on some power lines on Arlington Boulevard just before 4 p.m. caused the outage. Work crews are working now to remove the branch and restore power.

Le-Ha Anderson, a Dominion spokeswoman, said work crews are investigating what’s going on.
