Fitness Boxing Club Coming to Falls Church

Get ready to work off some steam...and those holiday pounds.

Get out your frustrations and get fit at the same time: A new boxing club geared for fitness, not fighting, is coming to Falls Church, according to a news release from the company.

TITLE Boxing Club is set to open its doors later this month or in early January, just in time to work off that holiday bulge and get a head start on those New Year’s Resolutions to get healthy, lose weight and stay in shape.

The new exercise option is nearing completion at 450 N. Washington St. in Falls Church, where a new multi-level project is being built to include retail, office space and luxury condos.

The club offers a high-intensity 60-minute workout, the Power Hour, and offers members a motivational workout environment to help them meet personal goals and stay on track. The kickboxing-type workout comes complete with individual heavy bags, and members utilize boxing gloves and other equipment – making it different from other kickboxing classes and gyms. Cardio equipment, free weights and assorted classes are also available.

Franchise owners Kate Carski and Sam Heaps opened the Springfield location of TITLE Boxing Club in October 2012. It provided a new exercise option to the community.  “The staff at TITLE Boxing Club, Springfield really feels like a family,” said member, Julie Peasley. “They know me, my abilities and my concerns.”

Recognizing the success of members, Carski and Heaps even post individual success stories on the wall of the club for all to see – featuring one member each month. “Their stories are motivational to other members,” said Heaps. “And they’ve worked really hard to achieve their personal goals – whether it’s losing weight, running a marathon or just staying in shape. Each member deserves recognition for a job well done.”

Each club features authentic TITLE Boxing equipment, including heavy bag stations, official TITLE boxing ring for personal training, plus free weights and cardiovascular machines for members’ unlimited use. Co-owned by brother and sister team, Sam Heaps and Kate Carski, TITLE Boxing Club, Falls Church will be a fit club, not a fight club offering not only high-intensity workouts, but the motivation to keep up the workout routine.
