On the menu? Chef Bertrand Chemel's Louisiana Gumbo ($18) or Crawfish & Shrimp Casserole ($19), and Pastry Chef Caitlin Dysart - who spent several years living in New Orleans and working at notable sweet shop Sucre New Orleans - is offering a beautiful mini King Cake - Brioche, Pecan Streusel, Cream Cheese, and Vanilla Ice Cream.

And taking care of Southern-themed sips, Sommelier & Bar Manager Jonathan Schuyler is offering a Vieux Carré - Rye Whiskey, Cognac, B&B, Sweet Vermouth, Angastura & Peychaud's Bitters ($10) - a cocktail named after NOLA's French Quarter.
