  1. Vehicle decals must be posted properly on the front window of vehicles next to the inspection sticker. City of Falls Church parking enforcement officers will ticket cars without decals properly posted on front windshields. Residents are reminded that all cars, trucks, and motorcycles normally garaged within the City must be registered and clearly display a city decal.
  2. Trash will be collected today.
  3. On this day in 1963, John F. Kennedy's body, lay in repose in East Room of White House. Lyndon Baines Johnson proclaims Nov. 25 a day of national mourning (for John F. Kennedy).
  4. On this day in 1982, the FCC drops limits on duration and frequency of TV ads.
  5. If today is your birthday, you share it with child star Miley Cyrus (19-years-old) and the late outlaw Billy the Kid (152-years-old). Happy birthday!
