Among the questions that will be explored is how to attract younger professionals without children to help promote a lively city environment.

Speakers will include Ken Billingsley, of the Northern Virginia Regional Planning Commission; Joe Lerch, director of environmental policy for the Virginia Municipal League, and John Lawrence and David Tarter, representing the George Mason-Mary Ellen Henderson Campus Joint Process Planning Committee.
