Vienna Choral Society presents "Solstice: Light And Dark"

Vienna Choral Society always puts a fresh spin on the holidays! Which is why this year, we will present "Solstice: Light and Dark," this season's unusual concert for a cause.

This concert, which happens to fall on the day of the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year, will draw attention to some of the unique mental health challenges at this traditionally happy and festive season. It can be a time of sadness, literally for those who suffer SAD, but it can also be a time of great community, coming together, and immense hope. Lifting us up and carrying us all back to light and health as the seasons shift and the days grow longer.

We are delighted to partner with The Women's Center of Vienna to raise awareness of the issue and approaches that assist with mental health self-care, and to the natural ebb and flow of dark and light in our lives.
