Arlington Man Charged With Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor

An Arlington man was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a 16-year-old City of Falls Church boy.

Police said Stefan A. McNeal, 21, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation in the 1000 block of S. Washington St. on Aug. 27. The teenaged boy was cited for public drunkenness and released to a parent.

Daniel M. Nesbitt, 26, of Alexandria, was charged with possession of codeine and providing false ID to law enforcement in the 300 block of W. Broad St. on Aug. 22. Nesbitt was also served a Fairfax County warrant for failure to appear in court for a previous grand larceny.

City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of graffiti in the 200 block of W. Marshall St. on Aug. 25.

City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 200 block of W. Marshall St. on Aug. 25.

City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Aug. 25.

Frederick D. Lawrence, 26, of Falls Church, was charged with public drunkenness in the 200 block of E. Broad St. on Aug. 25.

Miguel A. Vega, 25, of Sterling, was charged with possession of marijuana in the 500 block S. Washington St. on Aug. 26.

City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of a theft from a restaurant in the 1200 block of W. Broad St. reported on Aug. 27. Police said the incident happened before Aug. 23.
