Arlington Man Charged With Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor

An Arlington man was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a 16-year-old City of Falls Church boy.

Police said Stefan A. McNeal, 21, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation in the 1000 block of S. Washington St. on Aug. 27. The teenaged boy was cited for public drunkenness and released to a parent.
