John C. Garcia, 59, of Washington, D.C., was charged with public drunkenness in the 100 block of W. Broad St. on Aug. 16.

Linh T. Nguyen, 23, of Alexandria, was charged with permitting smoking where prohibited in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Aug. 17.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating the theft of a vehicle ignition interlock from a vehicle between Aug. 17 and Aug. 18 in the 400 block of Jackson St.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating the egging of a parked vehicle on Aug. 18 in the 400 block of Poplar Dr.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating the theft of a wallet from an unsecured purse on Aug. 18 in the 100 block of S. Washington St. The suspect is described as a black male in his mid 20s, with a short haircut, and clean-shaven. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black watchband, black shoes, and green cargo pants.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a car theft that happened in the 100 block of Birch St. on Aug. 18. The car was found in the 1200 block of W. Broad St. on Aug. 21.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating the theft of rims from a vehicle on Aug. 19 in the 1200 block of Seaton Ln.

Pedro Escalona, 48, of no fixed address, was charged with public drunkenness in the 100 block of Great Falls St. on Aug. 20.

Dana M. Collier, 44, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a blood or breath test in the 200 block of N. Washington St. on Aug. 20.

Franco S. Navarro, 25, of Vienna, was charged with possession of a false ID in the 900 block of W. Broad St. on Aug. 21.

Walter Lopez, 30, of Vienna, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 900 block of W. Broad St. on Aug. 21.
