City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of a stolen bicycle from a home in the 400 block of e. Broad St. on Dec. 13.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of graffiti found on the exterior of a business in the 1100 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 15.

Kevin B. Gorrell, 42, of Arlington, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a blood or breath test in the 200 block of E. Fairfax St. on Dec. 16.

Huan Q. Nguyen, 44, of Arlington, was charged with possession of cocaine in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Dec. 16.

Matthew R. Silva, 35, of Arlington, was charged with felony shoplifting in the 1100 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 17.

Jason E. Blake, 36, of Fairfax, was charged with public drunkenness in the 200 block of S. Washington St. on Dec. 17.

Enkhbayar Bataa, 36, of Williamsburg, was charged with possession of alcohol without a license on premises in the 1000 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 18.

Elizava Arkhangelskaya, 27, of Washington, D.C., was charged with driving under the influence in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Dec. 18. A passenger in the vehicle, Kristalyn J. Loson, 28, of Arlington, was charged with public drunkenness.

Eric Y. Diaz Cabrera, 38, of Arlington, was charged with driving under the influence in the 6600 block of Wilson Blvd. on Dec. 18.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of personal items including a DVD player stolen from a storage facility in the 400 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 18.

Matthew R. Silva, 35, of Arlington, was charged with two counts of felony shoplifting in the 1200 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 18.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of two vehicles vandalized and a purse and laptop computer stolen from them in the 100 block of N. Washington St. on Dec. 18.
