Hong V. Nguyen, 50, of Sterling, was charged with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on July 27.

Robert P. Lee, 19 and Thomas C. Burnett, 19, both from the City of Falls Church and Dana M. Hunt, of Washington, D.C., were charged with possession of marijuana and trespassing in the 400 block of s. Maple Ave. on July 28.

Jose Ceto Raymundo, 22, of Arlington, was charged with driving under the influence in the 800 block of E. Broad St. on July 29.

Douglas F. Burkel, 44, of no fixed address was charged with drinking in public in the 100 block of S. Washington St. on July 30.

Jonathan C. Johnson, 40, of Washington, D.C., was charged with felony possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and driving under the influence in the 7100 block of Leesburg Pike on July 31.

Bob Johnson, 58, of Falls Church, was charged with violation of protection order, public drunkenness and panhandling in the 900 block of W. Broad St. on July 31.

Alejandro J. Diaz, 24, of Manassas Park, was charged with driving under the influence, refusal to submit to blood or breath test and driving with a suspended license in the 800 block of E. Broad St. on Aug. 1.

Nathaniel Chapman, 41, of Washington, D.C, was charged with petit larceny and providing false ID to law enforcement in the 1100 block of W. Broad St. on Aug. 1.
