City of Falls Church Crime Report for May 3-10

Larry Fortune, 30, of Fairfax, was arrested in the 100 block of Hillwood Ave. on May 3 and charged with two counts of petit larceny.

Song N. Tran, 37, of Annandale, was arrested in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on May 4 for driving under the influence.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of a taxicab passenger refusing to pay a fare and an alleged assault on the taxi cab driver by the passenger in the 1000 block of W. Broad St. on May 4.

Rhosunda Gardner, 18, of College Park, Md., was arrested in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Ave. on May 4 for solicitation without a permit.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating the use of a stolen credit card on April 23 and May 4. Police said the card was reported stolen to them on May 5.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating graffiti on a steel support beam and stickers posted on a traffic signal control box in the 200 block of S. Washington St. on May 6.

Atilio A. Aguilar, 41, of Falls Church, was arrested in the 900 block of W. Broad St. on May 7 for possession of cocaine.

Ediberto Banegas, 35, of Rockville, Md., was arrested in the 900 block of W. Broad St. on May 7 for littering.

City of Falls Church Police are looking for a black woman between 60-70 years of age who allegedly pumped $26.36 of gas and only paid $5.10 in the 6600 block of Wilson Blvd. on May 7.

Vincent G. Surface, 45, of Centreville, was arrested in the 1200 block of W. Broad St. on May 7 for public drunkenness.

Stephen L. May, 38, of Centreville, was arrested in the 100 block of N. Maple St. on May 8 for driving under the influence.

Douglas F. Burkel, 44, of no fixed address, was arrested in the 300 block of W. Broad St. on May 8 for drinking in public.

Behai V. Nguyen, 37, of Gwynn Oak, Md. and Tony Nguyen, 19, of Cordova, Tenn., were arrested in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on May 8 for urinating in public.

Trieu T. Nguyen, 47, of Annandale, was arrested in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on May 8 for smoking in a non-designated area.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a fight in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on May 9 between a woman and two men.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating the theft of an oxygen tank from a vehicle on May 6 in the 100 block of W. Broad St. The theft was reported on May 9.

Abderrahim Aboulhouda, 54, of no fixed address, was arrested in the 300 block of W. Broad St. on May 9 for public drunkenness.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a stolen credit reported on May 9 in the 300 block of Shirley St.

Blair Seiberlich, 18, of Falls Church, was arrested in the 400 block of S. Maple St. on May 10 for underage possession of alcohol.
