City of Falls Church Crime Report for Nov. 29 - Dec. 5

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of shoplifting in the 1000 block of W. Broad St. on Nov. 29.

John L. Webster, 53, of Arlington, was charged with public drunkenness in the 300 block of W. Columbia St. on Nov. 29.

James A. Winston, 43, of Arlington, was charged with grand larceny in the 1200 block of W. Broad St. on Nov. 30.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of larceny from a building in the 6600 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 30.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of assault and battery. On Nov. 30, an unknown suspect threw a bag of corn flour at the victim in the 400 block of Washington St.  The suspect was described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 230 pounds, with long brown hair, and wearing a hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.

A 16-year-old male, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with possession of marijuana in the 500 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 1. A second male, 15-years-old, also of the City of Falls Church, was charged with littering.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of someone throwing a missile object at an occupied car in the 100 block of N. Washington St. on Dec. 1.

Luis A. Sandoval Romano, 37, of Arlington, was charged with public drunkenness in the 100 block of N. Washington St. on Dec. 2.

Lauren Marino, 25, of Alexandria, was charged with driving under the influence in the 300 block of E. Broad St. on Dec. 2.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of assault and battery and shoplifting in the 1100 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 2.

Jermaine L. Culbreath, 25, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with possession of PCP and public drunkenness in the 800 block W. Broad St. on Dec. 2.

Jason Dobson, 32, of Painted Post, N.Y., was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a blood or breath test in the 300 block of N. Washington St. on Dec. 3.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of shoplifting in the 1200 block of W. Broad St. on Dec. 4.

Ricardo Balanta, 30, of Washington, D.C., was charged with driving under the influence in the 100 block of S. Spring St. on Dec. 4.

Lixing Z. Osbourn, 48, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with assaulting a family member in the 100 block of W. Marshall St. on Dec. 5.
