Alexander Grunenfelder, 20, of Falls Church, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving after illegally consuming alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of a minor in the 300 block of E. Broad St. on Nov. 9. Police also charged Alexandra Lynn Evans, 20, of Arlington, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. There are charges pending against a 17-year-old from the City of Falls Church.
Carlos Enrique Velez, 32, of Montgomery Village, Md., was charged with three counts of attempting to fraudulently obtain drugs in the 1100 block of W. Broad St. on Nov. 10.
Oliver Roumy, 38, of Washington, D.C., was charged with driving under the influence in the 1000 block of S. Washington St. on Nov. 11.

Vuong Thai Hong, 46, of Falls Church, was charged with smoking in a non-smoking area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 11. Trang Dai Quach, 32, of Annandale, was issued a citation for permitting smoking in a non-smoking area.
John Lam, 23, of Vienna, was charged with smoking in a non-smoking area and for being drunk in public in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 11.

Enkhbayar Bataa, 36, of Williamsburg, was issued a summons for possession of alcohol without a license in the 1000 block of W. Broad St. on Nov. 12.
A 17-year-old of the City of Falls Church, was given a citation for underage possession of alcohol in the 800 block of Roosevelt St. on Nov. 12.
Mauricio Menjivar, 24, of Vienna, was charged with public drunkenness in the 900 block of W. Broad St. on Nov. 13.
Victor Hernandez Vasquez, 29, of Hyattsville, Md., was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a blood or breath test in the 900 block of W. Broad St. on Nov. 13.
City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of an unsecured bicycle stolen from a front lawn in the 600 block of Jackson St. between Nov. 12 and Nov. 13.
