City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of two unknown people who stole a bottle of vodka from a business in the 100 block of Hillwood Ave. on Oct. 10. The incident was reported Oct. 18.
Abraham Barahona H. Mejia, 21, of the City of Falls Church and Samuel P. Mosey, 39, of Lynchburg, were charged with possession of marijuana in the 100 block of Chanel Terrace on Oct. 19. Mosey was also charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of license plates stolen from a vehicle in the 200 block of E. Fairfax St. on Oct. 20.

Luiz F. Amaya Hernandez, 20, of Falls Church, was charged with driving under the influence in the 400 block of E. Broad St. on Oct. 21. A passenger in the car, Paula Carsten, 19, of Falls Church, was charged with underage possession of alcohol and another passenger, Jose Miranda Lopez, 26, of Arlington, was charged with purchasing alcohol for persons under 21-years-of age.
Raymundo M. Contrereras, 32, of Arlington, was charged with driving under the influence in the 300 block of E. Broad St. on Oct. 22.

Celio F. Ademir, 21, of Falls Church, was charged with public drunkenness in the 900 block of W. Broad St. on Oct. 23.
Gioi Le, 46, of Silver Spring, Md., was charged with littering in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Oct. 24.
Wilson Carrera Vasquez, 27, of Hyattsville, Md., was charged with driving under the influence in the 1100 block of W. Broad St. on Oct. 24.
