City of Falls Church Crime Report for Sept. 6 - Sept. 12

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of vandalism in the 400 block of Lincoln Ave. between Sept. 3 and Sept. 7.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of a burglary in the 500 block of Roosevelt Blvd. on Sept. 7.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of a stolen, secured bicycle from the 500 block of Roosevelt Blvd. on Sept. 8.

Michael R. Thornton, 54, of Annandale, was charged with felony burglary with intent to assault in the 200 block of Pennsylvania Ave. on Sept. 8.

Hung Q. Mai, 53, of no fixed address, was charged with assault and battery of a law enforcement officer, attempted assault of a law enforcement officer, attempted destruction of property and public drunkenness in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Sept. 9.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating an armed robbery in the 100 block of N. Virginia Ave. on Sept. 11. An unknown suspect entered the business, demanded money from an employee, and fled the area.  The victim did not sustain any physical injury.  The suspect left the area stealing various personal items.

Mario de Monjaras Andrade, 46, of Vienna, was charged with public drunkenness in the 100 block of N. West St. on Sept. 11.
