UPDATE: Falls Church Bank Robbed Sunday Afternoon

Police release pictures of alleged suspect.

UPDATE: Fairfax County police have released pictures of the alleged suspect involved in the bank robbery Sunday.

Monday, Sept. 19: Fairfax County police are looking for a man who robbed a Falls Church bank on Sunday.

The man walked into the TD Bank at 6198-A Arlington Blvd. at about 3:20 p.m. and passed the teller a note demanding money. According to police, the man fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No one was hurt during the robbery.

The alleged suspect is a white man between 55 and 60-years-old wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt. The man is between 5 feet 9 inches and 6 feet tall with a thin build.
