Falls Church City Crime Report: Feb. 15 – 21

Smoking in non-designated areas continues to be a problem.

Sean Swasey, 29, of Arlington, was arrested in the 900 block of W. Broad St. on Feb. 15 for failing to pay for a taxi fare and public drunkenness.

Bryan Collins, 22, of Falls Church, was arrested in the 100 block of N. West St. on Feb. 15 for driving under the influence.

Hiep Van Dang, 30, of Centreville, was arrested in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Feb. 15 for smoking in a non-designated area.

City of Falls Church Police are investigating the theft of a laptop computer and monitor from a storage unit in the 400 block of W. Broad St. sometime between Dec. 2010 and Feb. 13.

Vu Nguyen, 42, of Falls Church, was arrested in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Feb. 17 for urinating in public.

A 15-year-old male was arrested in the 200 block of S. Lee St. on Feb. 17 for underage possession of tobacco.

A 16-year-old male was arrested in the 900 block of S. Lee St. on Feb. 17 for possession of marijuana.

Michael Lee, 49, of no fixed address, was arrested in the 1000 block f Railroad Ave. on Feb. 17 for public drunkenness.

City of Falls Church police are investigating a shattered front window and glass to a door of a business in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. between 12:45 a.m. and 7:11 a.m. on Feb. 18.

Joseph F. Diblase II, 33, of Washington, D.C., was arrested in the 700 block of E. Broad St. on Feb. 19 for driving under the influence.

City of Falls Church police is investigating the theft of an iPhone from a car in the 1200 block of W. Broad St. on Feb. 19.

Ryan Fitzpatrick, 35, of Moorestown, Va. and Christian Antolik, 36, of Falls Church, were arrested in the 400 block of W. Broad St. on Feb. 20 for public drunkenness.

Hung Quoc Mai, 53, of no fixed address, was arrested in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Feb. 20 for trespassing and public drunkenness.
