Falls Church Man Charged with Underage Possession of Alcohol, Urinating in Public

City of Falls Church police found Jose F. Gutierrez Garcia, 20, of Falls Church, urinating outside in the 300 block of Hillwood Ave. on Sept. 15.

Police charged him with urinating in public and underage possession of alcohol. Gutierrez Garcia was released on a summons.

City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of a bicycle stolen from an open garage and cash from an unlocked vehicle in the same garage in the 200 block of N. Virginia Ave. on Sept. 12.

City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of destruction of property in the 1000 block of Railroad Ave. on Sept. 15.

Maria D. Ramirez, 34, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with assaulting a family member in the 900 block of Ellison St. on Sept. 16.

Colby G. Twinam, 21, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with assault, obstruction of justice and destruction of property in the 100 block of N. West St. on Sept. 16.
