Gun-Toting Suspect Robs Pedestrian of Cell Phone on Glen Carlyn Drive

No one was injured, according to Fairfax County Police.

A man was robbed at gunpoint Monday night while walking in the Bailey's Crossroads area, according to Fairfax County Police.

The incident took place near Glen Carlyn Drive and Vista Drive off of Leesburg Pike Monday at 6:30 p.m.

The victim was walking when he was approached by the suspect. The suspect displayed a gun, took the victim’s phone and fled on foot.

There were no injuries. The suspect was described as Hispanic, in his 20s, and about 5 feet 9 inches tall.
