Man Loses Two Front Teeth in Bathroom Attack

The Falls Church police department supplied the following incident and arrest information. It does not indicate a conviction.

Falls Church City Police are investigating an attack inside a restaurant bathroom that left a man without his two front teeth.

Police said a man walked into the bathroom at the New Moon Restaurant in the 6600 block of Wilson Blvd., on Nov. 9 and was attacked by two Hispanic men. The man alleged the two men stole his money and beat him.

Police said the man was missing his two front teeth and had visible bruises. The man was treated by paramedics at the scene but he refused to be taken to a hospital, police said.

An alleged suspect has been identified but is not in custody as police continue their investigation.

In separate and unrelated incidents:

Falls Church City police are investigating a report of air let out of a tire in the 100 block of Annandale Rd. on Nov. 10.

Latroy Shelton, 37, of Fairfax, was charged with public drunkenness in the 100 block of W. Broad St. on Nov. 10.

Keith Le, 39, of Falls Church, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a blood or breath test in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Nov. 11.

Juan M. Suarez, 46, of Falls Church, was charged with driving under the influence in the 100 block of N. Washington St. on Nov. 11.

Falls Church City police are investigating a burglary at a business in the 100 block of Jefferson St. between Nov. 9 and Nov. 12.
