Multiple Alcohol-Related Charges Reported in Falls Church

Jason E. Blake, 37, of Fairfax, was charged with public drunkenness in the 100 block of E. Fairfax Street on June 12.

John C. Anderton, 48, of Falls Church, was charged with public drunkenness in the 100 block of Park Avenue on June 12.

A 17-year-old male was charged with underage possession of alcohol in the 200 block of N. Washington Street on June 12.

City of Falls Church police are looking for a man believed to be involved in a June 12 robbery. Police said a black male, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build, allegedly demanded money before allegedly assaulting the victim in the 100 block of W. Broad Street around 9 p.m. The victim was treated and released from a local hospital.

Peter Grant, 18 and a 17-year-old female, both of the City of Falls Church, were charged with trespassing along the W&OD Trail on June 14.

Brett R. Ballou, 24, of Vienna, was charged with driving under the influence in the 500 block of s. West Street on June 14.

Hipolito B. Roque, 40 and Carlos Escalante, 30, both of no fixed address, were charged with drinking in public in the 300 block of W. Broad Street on June 14.

City of Falls Church police are investigating a report of three pair of sunglass frames being stolen from a business in the 440 block of W. Broad Street on June 14.

Luan K. Nguyen, 28, of Annandale, was charged with driving under the influence in the 6700 block of Wilson Boulevard on June 15.

Michael D. Russo, 18, of McLean, was charged with underage possession of alcohol in the 1100 block of W. Broad Street on June 15.

Jose H. Barahona, Jr. 22, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with possession of marijuana in the first block of Hillwood Avenue on June 15 during a traffic stop. Jose I. Barahona Barahona, 29, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement.

Phat C. Phuong, 24, of Springfield, was charged with driving under the influence and refusing to submit to a blood or breath test in the 400 block of E. Broad St. on June 16.

Penny Pattison, 24, of Falls Church, was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement in the 100 block of Great Falls St. on June 16.

Vu V. Truong, 41, of Frederick, Md., was charged with public drunkenness in the 6700 block of Wilson Boulevard on June 17 and was later charged with obstruction of justice by threats of force.

Caleb J. Ross, 18, of the City of Falls Church, was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement and underage possession of alcohol in the 500 block of Lynn Place on June 17.
