DWI: On Sept. 9, Carlos Delaguila, 38, of New Rochelle was arrested around 3:20 p.m. after he allegedly drove his vehicle into a car parked at the intersection between Main Street and Maple Avenue. In the car, was his 3-year-old son, who suffered minor injuries. Delaguila’s blood alcohol level was .26 percent, more than twice the legal limit. He was charged with DWI with a child passenger under 16 years of age, a felony; operation of a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent or more alcohol in blood, a misdemeanor; and aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor as well.
DWI: On Sept. 9, Christopher Naclerio, 22, a Larchmont resident was arrested on North Avenue after he drove into a fixed object. Officers were in the area for a different incident when they noticed the collision. His blood alcohol level allegedly was .21 percent. Naclerio is charged with DWI, a misdemeanor; operation of a motor vehicle with .08 of 1 percent or more alcohol in his blood, a misdemeanor; and aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor.
LARCENY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE: Sometime between 4 p.m.
Sept. 9 and 4:49 p.m. Sept. 10, a 52-year-old New Rochelle resident reported her 1998 Honda Accord stolen from a Union Avenue parking lot.
ASSAULT: On Sept. 10, a 46-year-old New Rochelle resident claims he was jumped by a group of teens ages 16-18. He was punched on the left side of his face, but no medical attention was required.
ASSAULT: On Sept. 10, Susana Rivera, 38, of New Rochelle was arrested for second-degree assault after allegedly punching a man and cutting his right arm with a knife inside her Saint John’s Place apartment. The alleged knife attack left a 1-inch gash on the man’s upper right arm.
BURGLARY: Early morning Sept. 12, a passerby noticed the front door and window of Kaffeine, an espresso bar on Division Street, were shattered and broken in to. A box under the counter with $100 was reported missing.
