well lets see, the warehouse behind Taco Bell is occupied by a foreigner that parties on drugs at all hours of the night. The apartments near by are full of foreign persons partying on drugs all the time. One could point a finger at the Police for not checking on people in parking lots at this time of the morning. Sounds like a drug deal that went bad.
