POLICE LOG: Cross-dressed Man Sexually Attacked a Woman in Falls Church

Falls Church Police are looking for a male cross-dresser that sexually assaulted a woman in a parking lot.

Police said the alleged attack happened March 13 in the 100 block of E. Broad St. but wasn’t reported until March 20.

According to a police report, the victim was allegedly groped by a man in the parking lot wearing black shorts, high heels and used a black handkerchief to cover his mouth, police said. The man was also wearing a black wig with red and golden highlights and is described as a tall black man with a medium build, according to police.

Falls Church City Police are investigating a report of a stolen vehicle parts in the 1000 block of E. Broad St. on March 19.

A 44-years-old Falls Church man was charged with possession of a false ID in the 300 block of S. Washington St. on March 19.

Falls Church City Police are investigating a report of a stolen bicycle in the 500 block of Roosevelt Blvd. on March 12 but was reported on March 20.

A 55-year-old man of no fixed address was charged with trespassing in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on March 20.

A 28-year-old Springfield man was charged with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on March 20.

A 16-year-old City of Falls Church resident was charged with possession of marijuana in the 7100 block of Leesburg Pike on March 21.

A 52-year-old Annandale man was charged with possession of cocaine in the 200 block of Gordon Rd. on March 21.

A 32-year-old Falls Church man was charged with public drunkenness and resisting arrest in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on March 22. Police also charged a 46-year-old Falls Church man with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct and a 37-year-old Falls Church man was also charged with public drunkenness and obstruction of justice.

A 35-year-old Lorton man was charged with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on March 22.

A 25-year-old Annandale man was charged with drinking in public in the 100 block of W. Broad St. on March 22.

A 31-year-old Arlington man was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a blood or breath test in the 300 block of E. Broad St. on March 23.

A 24-year-old City of Falls Church man was charged with procuring a leased vehicle with intent to defraud and public drunkenness in the 200 block of E. Fairfax St. on March 24.

A 31-year-old Vienna man was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct in the 1000 block of E. Broad St. on March 24.

A 36-year-old Woodbridge man was charged with public drunkenness in the 300 block of Hillwood Ave. on March 25.

A 41-year-old Springfield man was charged with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on March 25.
