Police Log: Falls Church Man Charged With Failing to Appear in Court
The Falls Church police department supplied the following incident and arrest information. It does not indicate a conviction.
A 44-year-old Falls Church man was arrested in Fairfax County for failing to show up in court in the city.
Falls Church City Police say the man was supposed to appear in General District Court on April 17 to answer to the charge of possession of false ID. Police said the man also violated his release condition from a prior arrest on April 1.
In separate and unrelated incidents:A 24-year-old Annapolis, Md. man was served an outstanding warrant for failure to comply with a court order stemming from a DWI conviction on Dec. 12.
