POLICE LOG: Falls Church Police Are Looking for a Male Flasher

City of Falls Church Police are looking for a man who exposed himself in broad daylight to another person in a parking lot on Jan. 16.

At about 2:30 p.m., a man in the parking lot of the Eden Center exposed himself to someone. Police don’t have any other details in the incident.

The man was last seen wearing a gray tank top and has a goatee.

In separate and unrelated incidents:

City of Falls Church Police are investigating a report of a vehicle tampering in the 200 block of N. Maple Ave. on Jan. 15.

Hiep V. Dang, 32, of Centreville and Dat T. Nguyen, 30, of Woodbridge, were charged with smoking in a non-designated area in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Jan. 15. Police also charged Nam D. Nguyen, 42, of Fairfax, with permitting smoking in a non-designated area.

Vanessa Bonetti, 19, of Potomac, Md., was charged with underage possession of alcohol and public drunkenness in the 100 block of N. Washington St. on Jan. 18.

Winston S. Baires, 22 and Ivan A. Baires, 26, both of Manassas, were charged with possession of marijuana in the 100 block of W. Broad St. on Jan. 19.

Raul Vargas Ortiz, 34, of Annandale, was charged with assault and battery and public drunkenness in the 6700 block of Wilson Blvd. on Jan. 19.

Edwin M. Guardado, 24, of Riverdale, Md., was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a blood or breath test, in the 300 block of Hillwood Ave. on Jan. 19.

John B. Devanney, 23, with no fixed address, was charged with public drunkenness and giving false ID to law enforcement, in the 200 block of Gibson Ave. on Jan. 20.

Andrew O. Saavedra, 21 and Raul A. Chafloque, 22, both of the City of Falls Church, were charged with possession of marijuana in the 100 block of Chanel Terr. on Jan. 21.
