Police Looking for Three Men Involved in Home Invasion Near Skyline

The three men allegedly got away with money, jewelry and electronics but no one was injured.

Fairfax County Police are looking for three men they say robbed two men in an Alexandria home Wednesday morning near the Skyline Mall.

According to a press release, a 24-year-old Maryland man was awaken by three men – two of them armed with handguns – around 2 a.m. Wednesday who demanded money. An undisclosed amount of money was taken along with some jewelry and electronics.

Police did not say in the release how the men gained entrance into the home.

The two men inside the home in the 3700 block of North Rosser Street, the second a 45-year-old man, were not injured.

Police don’t believe the incident was a random crime.

The three men were all described as black, between 25 and 30-years-old and ranged from 5 feet 7 inches to 6 feet tall and weighed between 160 and 175 pounds, according to the release.

According to the release, one of the victims heard a female’s voice as the men fled but she was not seen with them.
