Police Report: Assault at George Mason High

In separate incidents, tools and tires were stolen from vehicles.

The following information was provided by the Falls Church Police Department. 

Sept. 16

Larceny from Vehicle, 200 block Kent St. Tools were stolen from a vehicle sometime overnight.

False ID to Law Enforcement, 100 block Tollgate Way An officer responded to the area for a report of a motor vehicle accident.  One of the drivers provided a false name to the investigating officer.  Samuel A. Chavez Oxlaj, 25, of Burke, was arrested and released on summons for Providing False ID to Law Enforcement.

Assault, 7124 Leesburg Pike (George Mason High School) An unknown suspect assaulted the victim. The victim was treated within the building for injuries.

Vandalism to Vehicle, 6700 block Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) A vehicle was found with flat tires and a broken window.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6795 Wilson Blvd. #20 (Pho Bien) Jason S. Travis, 39, of Alexandria, was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Sept. 17

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6795 Wilson Blvd. #21 (Hai Lua Restaurant) Jason S. Travis, 39, of Alexandria, was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Larceny of Motor Vehicle Parts, 300 block W. Columbia St. Four tires were stolen from a vehicle sometime overnight.

Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 200 block E. Fairfax St. The victim reported tools and clothing were stolen from the vehicle sometime between Sep. 15 and 16.
