Police Report: Strong Armed Robbery and Stolen Vehicle Reported

The following is from the Falls Church Police Department.

Strong Armed Robbery, 500 block Meridian St. On Sep. 2, several suspects assaulted two victims and stole an iPhone.  The victims were treated and released for minor injuries.

Stolen Vehicle and Larceny of Vehicle Parts, 1125 W. Broad St. (Don Beyer Kia) On Sep. 2, an unknown suspect stole a vehicle and a license plate from the dealership.  The suspect is described as a white male, 25 -30 years old, approximately 5’8” – 5’9” tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds.  He had short blond hair and a medium build.  The suspect was wearing a plain white t-shirt and black shorts with scratches on one leg and a possible tattoo on his arm.  The vehicle was later recovered with the stolen license plate attached to the stolen vehicle.

Assault & Battery, 1218 W. Broad St. (Starbucks) On Sep. 2, police responded to the area for a report of a fight. An investigation led to the arrest of Ahmad I. Karram, 35, no fixed address, for two counts of Assault and Battery.

Burglary, 600 block Roosevelt. Blvd. On Sep. 2, police received a report of a person entering the property which occurred on Aug. 29.

Larceny, 450 N. Washington St. (Northgate Construction Site) On Sep. 3, an unknown suspect(s) stole various building materials from the site.
