FIVE THINGS: Council Meeting Starts at 7:30 p.m.

Last presidential debate starts on television at 9 p.m.

1-    City council will hold a regular meeting inside council chambers at City Hall starting at 7:30 p.m. Here is the agenda.

2-    The final presidential debate between President Barack Obama and Gov. Mitt Romney will air on television tonight at 9 p.m.

3-    The DMV 2 Go bus is returning to the City of Falls Church on Thursday. The full-service mobile DMV outpost will be in the Bowl America parking lot (140 S. Maple Ave., Falls Church) between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.

4-    On Saturday from 6 to 8:30 p.m., the City of Falls Church will host the Halloween Carnival at the Community Center. There will be frighteningly fun activities that include a live Creepy Creatures show, carnival games, a moon bounce, crafts, and a Haunted Trail. Halloween treats will be provided as well. 5-    If you are celebrating a birthday on Oct. 22, you share it with actors Christopher Lloyd and Jeff Goldblum and baseball player Ichiro Suzuki. Happy birthday!
