Five Things You Need to Know Today: Nov. 15

1. Beginning today, vehicle decals must be posted properly on the front window of vehicles next to the inspection sticker. Starting Nov. 16, the City of Falls Church parking enforcement officers will ticket cars without decals properly posted on front windshields. Residents are reminded that all cars, trucks, and motorcycles normally garaged within the City must be registered and clearly display a city decal.
2. Library Story Hour for kids ages 18 to 36-months-old at the Mary Riley Styles Library at 10:30 a.m.
3. On this day in 1990, President George Bush signs Clear Air Act of 1990.
4. On this day in 2009, Kosovo held its first local election since declaring independence from Serbia.
