Council To Hear Resolution to Rezone Property in Falls Church from Business to Mixed Use
Council will also hear fiscal year 2014 items.
At the City of Falls Church council meeting there will be hearing a plan to rezone some property within the city's boundaries from business to mixed use.
Council will hear the first reading of a resolution that would change the zoning at 540 and 580 S. Washington St., changing the property there from business to mixed use on the city’s future land use map.
The meeting is slated for 7:30 p.m. at City Hall.

Council will also have a hearing to pass the Consolidated Plan for fiscal year 2014.
While they’re preparing for budget season, council must approve the plan by resolution in order to receive Community Development Block Grant and Home Investment Partnerships funds.
